Starview 4 and HDTV reception - Digital World Cable Satellite...

Can someone please help me. The reception for any channels I watch through the starview box is.
Trouble locking on to astra28.2 in pegia cyprus - Satellite TV...I have been trying for days to lock out a signal on astra 28.2, i keep locking out on hotbird 13 and astra 1(19 degrees i.I have a starview 4 and I recently bought a Full HD TV for the first time.
